Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and personal improvement that everyone can access. Reiki is a Japanese technique used to heal physical and mental traumas, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being. It is a form of alternative medicine that acts directly at the root of the physical and emotional problem to change and heal it. It can cure various ailments and is a complementary therapy to traditional medicine and other psychological therapies. In Japanese, the word "rei" refers to a higher intelligence that impregnates all living and non-living entities, and guides the inherent functioning of the universe. The word "ki" refers to the non-physical energy that flows through everything that is alive, including plants, animals and human beings; Because of this, ki is often also called "vital force energy", and is known as qi or chi from other lineages. The combination of these two words is what defines Reiki as "spiritually guided life force energy". Strengthens the mind, body and spirit.
These sessions can be done directly in person or remotely, having the same effect.

I emphasize here my professionalism at all times regarding important values such as trust, deprivation, not existing prejudices, to build an ethical relationship where you feel welcome and free.

Tantra can be defined as the path that leads to liberation. Contrary to the popular belief in the Western world, tantra does not advocate uninhibited sex. Tantra acceptance is total; it doesn't split you. All transformation is possible, but destruction, no. And a transformation comes when you accept your total being. Tantra is a spiritual path that embraces life in its various energetic manifestations in order to reveal our true nature. Within Tantra, various techniques are used to awaken the beneficial energies within, which naturally purify us and bring about a greater spiritual transformation. Some of this practices include mudras, mantras, prayers, sadhana, meditation and other yogic practices that purify both the body and soul. Tantra presents a Yogic science for arousing Kundalini energy, our potent divine energy.

Yoga isn’t just a journey on the mat, the physical part of yoga is only a small fraction of the practice. I am available for questions, or support anytime my students need via email. I encourage my students to not be shy and reach out to me any time they need advice, have a question about a pose, life or just want a shoulder to lean on. Yoga opens the body, mind and soul to new fresh beginnings so it is important to me that I can be of help every step of the way.
Skype yoga is very easy... We place our screens in a way that we can see and hear each other. I will then guide you verbally while I demonstrate each pose for you to follow along with. At the end of each session, you will have the chance to talk with me about your likes and dislikes and ask me any questions that you have.
You must wear something comfortable and stretchy that you can move and bend in.
Yoga is preferred to be done bare foot, bare foot is ideal as you will remain in poses more comfortably and safely.
The styles of Yoga that I share are Yin Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Tantra. Adapting each class to the style that you'll feel more comfortable with.

It’s a well-known fact that moving is good for the body and mind. The mental and emotional benefits of movement are plentiful. The same endorphins that make you feel better when moving also help you concentrate and sleep better, have more energy, and can help you become more resilient when faced with the mental or emotional challenges of life.
The therapy of Dance is the psychotherapeutic use of movement and dance to support the intellectual, emotional, and motor functions of the body. As a form of expressive therapy, it looks at the correlation between movement and emotion.
There is no single fixed type of movement style used within this therapeutic exposure. Programs range from traditional dances like ballroom to more subtle forms of movement like yoga and stretching to calm the body. Therapy sessions are focused on movement behavior as it comes forward through the session.
Through this exposure, Cony will use movement to help a client achieve emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration. The benefits include stress reduction and mood management. Founded within the idea that motion and emotion are interconnected, this creative expression can also help improve communication skills for better relationships.
It's a way of allowing your Inner Self to be expressed through movement and dance. The setting, a safe environment, where you can express, let go, release and move with freedom.
