What is Reiki Usui?

​

• Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and personal improvement that everyone can acces.

• A Japanese technique used to heal physical and mental traumas, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being.

• It is a form of alternative medicine that acts directly at the root of the physical and emotional problem to change and heal it. It can cure various ailments and is a complementary therapy to traditional medicine and other psychological therapies.

• In Japanese, the word "rei" refers to a higher intelligence that impregnates all living and non-living entities, and guides the inherent functioning of the universe. The word "ki" refers to the non-physical energy that flows through everything that is alive, including plants, animals and human beings; Because of this, ki is often also called "vital force energy", and is known as qi or chi from other lineages. The combination of these two words is what defines Reiki as "spiritually guided life force energy". Strengthens the mind, body and spirit.
