I love teaching in a very experiential and embodied way, where you can connect deeply with your energetic and physical body, having moments of reflection between the asanas. 

My experience and knowledge comes from many lineages and systems – including Traditional Tantra Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga, combining and incorporating them as a very deep & unique style.

I will give you the opportunity to practice Yoga from the comfort of your home, whether online or in person, with friends or alone & with the style and duration that best suits you.

With these classes, you not only receive a guide class, but you have the resources and tools to apply in your life and transform your habits and patterns for more positive ones. As with everything, consistency is key to maintaining these new patterns, both in the body and in the mind.

How does Skype Yoga works?

Skype yoga is super easy. We place our screens in a way that we can see and hear each other. I will then guide you verbally while i demonstrate each pose for you to follow along with. At the end of each session you will have the chance to talk with me about your likes and dislikes and ask me any questions that you have.

***Yoga Classes fee:

- Live One-2-one session 60 min sliding scale:

€55 (I'm a student/I earn minimum wage)

€75 (normal fee)

- Skype Yoga session 60 min €45
